Barbara Beam,51 , of Troy, MO, passed away on February 13, 2025 at Mercy Hospital- St. Louis, MO. She was born on December 31, 1973 in Granite City, IL to Phillip and Brenda (Milton) Martin. Barbara attended the local schools, along with her siblings. She was united in marriage with Kirk Beam on January 27, 1996. To this union were born two children; Joshua and Coulton. Barbara had worked as a medical claims analyst for several years and was skilled at her job. She loved to do crafts and was an excellent cook. Barbara loved to watch Harry Potter movies and read Harry Potter books. She will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Kirk Beam of Troy, MO , children, Joshua and Coulton Beam of Troy, MO, her father, Phillip Martin of Granite City, IL, siblings, April Martin Brumley, Phillip Martin Jr. and Craig Martin, sister-in-law, Mary Martin and father and mother-in-law, Franklin and Deborah Beam of Granite City, IL.

Barbara was preceded in death by her mother and her brother, Richard Martin.
