Betty Lou Dutton, 82, of Troy, MO, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024. She was born on May 29, 1942, in Beckemeyer, Illinois. After attending the local schools, Betty worked for many years as a cook and in the housekeeping department at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis. She was very outgoing and never met a stranger. When she wasn't working she enjoyed spending time with her family, and her friends. Betty enjoyed going out and meeting friends to socialize and relax. She will be remembered lovingly by all those who knew her.

Betty is survived by her son, Terry Wagner,  and her grandchildren: Jacob Wagner, Brittany Kemp, Tina Wagner, and Jennifer Wagner, as well as many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Gloria Jean Mitchell.
