Billy E. Mann, 77, of Troy, MO, passed away on July 28, 2024. He was born on May 9, 1947. After attending the local schools, Billy enlisted in the United States Navy. After his service to his country, Bill worked for many years as an administrator at South Western Bell Telephone Company. He was a very hard worker and always gave 100%. He will be remembered lovingly by all those who knew him.

He is survived by his Life-Partner, of 36 years,  Linda L. Jacobson, and her son, Jason Jacobson, as well as many other relatives and friends.
