Mr. Brian D. Jacobs, 58, of Troy, MO, passed away unexpectedly at his home on June 19, 2022. He was born in St. Louis, MO, on June 7, 1964 to James Wallace Jacobs & Wilma (Parks) Jacobs. Brian enjoyed the outdoors, BLUES hockey, Cardinal baseball, his fur children, and most importantly spending time with his family. Whether camping with his Anna, telling stories and being goofy with his kiddos, or being the best Papa to his grandkids, his world revolved around his family. He loved and cherished every one of his family members and friends. Brian was truly one of a kind and will be missed beyond words.

Left to cherish his memory,  his beloved wife of 25 years, Anna (Galmiche) Jacobs, his loving daughters: Amanda (Michael) Skarl, Melaine (Ben) Burnett, and Rheannon (Bradford Kelley) Patient, his mother, Wilma Jacobs,  his brothers: Jim (Peggy) Jacobs, Kevin Jacobs, Steve (Diane) Jacobs, Tim Jacobs, Jeff (Tina) Jacobs, Ben (Becky) Galmiche, Damon (Delories) Galmiche, and Bryan Cronin, his grandchildren: Parker, Naomi, Paisley, and baby Mak, his in-law's, Pat (Patti) Galmiche and Wayne Pidgeon, his first wife, and the mother of his daughters; Donata McClure, and so many other family members whom he loved.

Brian is preceded in death by his father, James Jacobs, his infant sister, his granddaughter, Audrey Burnett, his mother-in-law, Millie Pidgeon, his aunt, Penny Patient, his sister-in-law, Lisa Jacobs,  his nephews: Daniel Jacobs, Brent Jacobs, and niece, Michelle Glover.

Visitation to be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO, 63379, 636-528-8244.

A Celebration of Life service to be held on Friday,  June 24, 2022, 10:00 a.m. , also at the funeral home in Troy. Minister David Thompson to officiate. Friends and family are invited to visit our website at mccoyblossomfh.com to sign the on-line guest register.
