Cathy Diane Johnson,65, of Louisiana, MO, passed away on April 24, 2025 at Maple Grove Nursing Home. She was born on July 22, 1959 in Alton, IL to Charles and Lois Ann (Moyer) Barnes. Cathy attended the local schools, with her three siblings. She was blessed with two children, James and Diane. Cathy worked as a factory worker most of her life and was a dedicated employee. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her children, James and wife Britney Barnes of Nebo, IL and Diane Preston of Sullivan, MO, grandchildren,  Erick and Mariah Lopez, Jasmine (Blake) DeCamp, Jayden (Carter) Dolbeare, Kailee (Jeremiah) Jackson, Alexander Barnes, Levi Barnes, Tessa Barnes, great-grandchildren, Eleanor Dolbeare and Levi DeCamp, her sister, Debbie Baker many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Johnson, parents, Charles and Lois Ann Barnes and  her siblings, Charles (Peewee) Barnes and Randy Barnes and her brother-in-law, Roy Baker.
