Connie L
Bueneman
Feb 12, 1962 — May 18, 2026
MOSCOW MILLS
Connie Louise (Dyer) Bueneman, age 64, of Moscow Mills, Missouri, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 18, 2026. She was born to Dan and Opal (Harding) Dyer, Sr. on February 12, 1962, in Louisiana, Missouri.
Connie and her three younger siblings, Dan Jr., Bertha, and Scotty, spent most of their childhood in Winfield, Missouri. Connie was raised in a loving, Christian family with plenty of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives nearby.
Connie was a single mom when she moved in with her parents in Moscow Mills. It was during this time she met the love of her life, Dennis Bueneman. They were married on January 7, 1984, and settled just outside of town where they raised their 2 sons, Chad and Jacob.
Connie's greatest joy was the birth of her 2 grandsons, Tyson and Avery. She was a devoted grandma who was an important part of their lives. She also loved spending time with her many nieces and nephews, and her "bonus" grandchildren. For over 42 years, Dennis and Connie built a life centered around family. Connie kept her house spotless and was always working on improvement projects around the house and property. Connie hosted many family functions at her home and loved taking care of the people around her.
Connie was known for her strong work ethic. Her first job was at the Onion Factory in Old Monroe. She later worked for Burkemper's Restaurant, Home Theatre, and LCCOA. Connie also had her own housecleaning business for many years.
Connie's faith and servant's heart were most evident through her years volunteering at Journey Church in Troy where she was considered an extension of the church staff. Not only did she help with the renovation of the church but also led the church cleaning team for many years. Whether greeting people at the doors, cleaning late into the evening, or helping with any projects that needed done, Connie served faithfully and tirelessly.
Connie was proceeded in death by her father Dan Sr, a brother Scotty Dyer, a nephew Jordan Dyer, and her husband's parents, Regina Bueneman, Donald Bueneman, and Dolly Bueneman.
Connie is survived by her husband Dennis, her children Chad (Lori) Cagle and Jacob (Donielle) Bueneman, grandsons, Tyson and Avery, and bonus grandkids Lorene, Owen, and Gram. She is further survived by her mother, Opal Dyer, siblings Dan Jr. (Kim) Dyer and Bertha Dyer, and in-laws Cynthia Dyer, Tom (Connie), Bueneman, Jerry (Elaine) Bueneman, Charlie (Linda) Bueneman, Mary (Kevin) Bueneman, Ben (Norma) Bueneman, Gina (Brian) Cooper, and Tina (Tom) Hunsel. Connie also leaves many nieces and nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.
Connie will be remembered for her strength, humor, generosity, and the unconditional love she gave to everyone around her. Her legacy of service, kindness, and devotion to family will live on in all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at Journey Church in Troy on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at4:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Jesse Quiroz to officiate.
