Doris Mae Potter, 91, of Troy, MO, passed away at Troy Manor on May 11, 2024. She was born on November 12, 1932 to Darsey and Viola Bradshaw. Doris attended the local schools along with her siblings. She was blessed with five children: Clint, Michael, James, JoAnn and Thomas. Doris was employed at Dierberg's St. Peters, MO in the Deli department. She had many loyal customers who came to see her every week. Doris took great pride in decorating her home and always had beautiful flowers. She always wanted a piano and later in life, her son Michael got one for her. Doris was always very giving and kind. She will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

Doris is survived by her son, Michael and his wife Marilyn Potter of Troy, MO, nieces, Sandee and Kathy, other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, children, Clint, James, JoAnne and Thomas.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery St. Charles, MO Rev. Jim Chapman from Community Loving Care Hospice to officiate.
