Frances Pine, 89, of Bowling Green, MO, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Hannibal Regional Hospital, Hannibal, Missouri.

She was born February 13, 1932 in Pike County, the daughter of James Ralph Irvine and Mary Lou (Jones). Frances grew up and attended school in the Bowling Green area. She married Billy Jeff Pine on August 24, 1958 and the couple settled on a farm in Ashley. Frances was an avid gardener in her younger days and enjoyed growing vegetables and flowers. She also enjoyed baking and candy-making, especially at Christmas. Her other hobbies and interests include embroidery, reading and taking care of her cats and watching St. Louis Cardinals Baseball.

Survivors include two sons, David and wife Carol Pine,  Roger Pine, all of Bowling Green; one brother, Henry and wife Marcia Irvine of Eolia, two grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Pine and her son, John Thomas Pine.

Graveside Services - will be held on Monday, Nov. 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., Greenlawn Cemetery in Bowling Green, MO. Rev. Skip Merkel to officiate.

Family and Friends should meet at cemetery at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 8, 2021.
