George "Manny" Jordan ,84, of Lincoln County, MO, passed away on April 17, 2025. He was born April 6, 1941 in Elco, Illinois to George and Edith Savannah (Burke) Jordan. George attended school in Illinois  and entered the U. S. Marine Corp.  He received  an honorable discharge, Manny was a Gas Tanker Driver for over  30 years with Arco (then became BP/Amoco). On Nov. 16, 2003, Manny and Joanie were united in marriage in Spring Valley, CA.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Joanie Jordan of Old Monroe, MO ; Sisters-in-law:  Barbara (Walt) Minton Parks, Kathy Jordan and Christy Mazell ; Children:  Edith "Inga" (Wayne) King of El  Cajon, CA, Amy (Jackie Cunningham) Reilly of Santee, CA, JoAnn (Jamie) Larsen of Temecula, CA Michele Walter of Jacumba, CA, Michael (Dawn) Walter of San Diego,CA, John (Debi) Walter of Chapel Hill, TN and David (Nanette) Glasco of Hemet, CA ; Grandchildren; Sarah (Matt) Murai, Jordan (Angie) King, Carolyn (Lauren) Reilly, Catherine ( Gunny Bryan) Hurtado, Denise (Justin) Chandler, Lindsey (Blake) Seward, David Walter, Janet (Kris) Tharp, Michael (Lindsay) Glasco, ; Great-grandchildren: Carson Chandler, Charlotte Chandler, Harper Seward, Regan Seward, Jacob Tharp, Katelyn Tharp, Grant Glasco, Eli Glasco and Teddy Murai two sisters-in-law, Barb Parkes and Kathy Jordan, many other relatives and friends.

Manny was preceded in death by his parents, George and Edith Jordan Sr., his son, Glenn Jordan, sister, Barbara and husband George Graf and his brother, Carl Jordan.

No services will be held per his request.
