Janet Cole, 79, of Troy, MO, passed away on December 9, 2021 at Mercy Hospital- Creve Coeur. She was born on January 2, 1942 in St. Louis, Mo to Earl and Mary (Griffard) Molz. She was blessed with four children; Tony, Will, Lisa and Shari. Janet was a wonderful mother and loved spending time with her family. Janet was a Registered Nurse and worked in home care, hospital and nursing homes. Her last job was working in Case Management.  Her hobbies included:  gardening, rock painting, crafts and sewing. Janet was awarded the "Yard of the month" from Troy Garden Club. She gave blood faithfully as long as her health permitted. Janet definitely had a servant's heart and was dedicated to caring for others. She will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by three children:  Will ( Shannon) Johnston  of Portland, Oregon, Lisa (James) Dawn-Fisher of Orcas Island, Washington and Shari (Randy) Alvey of Longview, Texas, step-children; Terry Johnston and Tim Johnston,  grandchildren:  Emily, Elliot and Jesse, Corrine, Cora, Elizabeth, Patrick, Chase and Allison, many  great-grandchildren; sisters:  Betty Saryerwinnie, Sharon Reynolds and Pat Rogers, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents,  her husbands,  Norman Johnston and Ralph Cole; her son, Tony; brother, Charlie, step-son, Tom Johnston and brother-in-laws, Peter Reynolds and Houston Saryerwinnie.
