Joan Roberts ,83, of Troy, Missouri, passed away on April 25, 2025 at Mercy Hospital. She was born on July 5, 1941 in Bakersfield, CA to Barney and Goldie (Radcliff) Honea. Joan attended the local schools. She was united in marriage with Billy Roberts on October 8, 1960 in California. To this union were born two children, Karen and Bryan. Joan enjoyed sewing and loved butterflies. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

Joan is survived by her beloved husband, Billy Roberts of Troy, MO; two children, Karen (Mike) Jacobs of Troy, MO, and Bryan Roberts of Troy, MO;  grandchildren; Dana, Amy, Megan and Dylan;  great-grandchildren: Colt, Madison, Wacey and Charlotte; her sister, Jan Bettencourt of Troy, MO and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

No services will be held per her wishes.
