Kaitlyn Renee Potter- Navratil,26, of Silex, MO, passed away on July 27, 2024. She was born on February 22, 1998 in St. Charles, MO to Michael Lee Navratil and Alissa Nicole Hemphill. Kaitlyn, attended the local schools and graduated from Winfield High School. She was employed at Sam's Club in Wentzville and was wonderful working with the members. On January 7 her beautiful boy, Braxton Quinn Leslie was born and he was the light of her life. Kaitlyn loved going fishing with her brother, Cameron and taking her dogs,  Lug Nut and  Brown Cow.  She liked to listen to music, play video games and make Tik Tok videos. Kaitlyn is described by her family as, "outgoing and never knew a stranger." "She would light the room up when she entered and had a laugh that you could instantly recognize as Kaitlyn." Kaitlyn will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son, Braxton Quinn Leslie, father of her son, and boyfriend,  T'Jay Leslie of Silex, MO , father, Michael Lee Navratil of Pevely, MO, mother,  Alissa Nicole Hemphill of Wentzville, MO, step-father, Daniel Dejaynes of Wentzville, MO, siblings, Kara Hemphill, Cameron Hemphill, James Drozkowski and M.J. Navratil, grandparents, Rick ( Michelle) Navratil of Silex, MO,  Robin of Fenton, MO  and Gina (Ronnie) Murphy of Hazelhurst, Georgia and many other relatives and friends .

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO 63379, 636-528-8244.

Funeral Service will also be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, also at the funeral home in Troy. Interment to follow at Millcreek Baptist Church Cemetery, Silex, MO. Rev. Dr. Jeff Moore to officiate.
