Karen Lynn Burr

Karen Lynn Burr, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on July 15, 2025, at the age of 70.

Born on September 7, 1954, to Harold and Ethel Christine, Karen was raised with deep family roots and a strong sense of care that she carried throughout her life. She married the love of her life, Ron Burr. They were happily married for 44 years , and together they built a home full of love, laughter, and resilience. They were blessed with three children: Christine Corder,Tiffany Ward, and Kenny Burr.

Karen's devotion to her family was at the heart of everything she did. She was a proud grandmother to Anthony Corder, Sarah Burr, Kenny Burr, Adam Burr, Brycen Stavron, Gabriel Ward, and Evelyn Burr. Her joy multiplied with the arrival of her great-grandchildren: Paxton, Charles, River, and Elena.

Karen is survived by her loving husband Ron, her children, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her brother Harold Christine and  sister in law Ginny Christine. And brother Earl Christine. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Ethel Christine, and her brothers Chuck Christine and Dave Christine.

Karen's life was filled with simple pleasures and deep passions. She loved being out on the river, tending her yard with care and pride, surrounding herself with family, and sitting down for a good game of cards. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome and loved, and her strength and warmth will be missed beyond words.

Her legacy of love and family will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
