Karen Sue Morris, 82, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Washington, MIssouri.  She was born on February 16, 1943 in St. Louis to Harry and Ann (Nolan) Morris.  The family lived in Elsberry while Karen was young.  She grew up with her siblings, Henry and Anita

Karen loved JESUS and loved to spread joy to anyone she met. Diet Coke, horses and rabbits were also some of her favorites.  Cleaning and straightening up a room was what she liked to do.  Karen had been a long-time resident of Four Season's group home and was lovingly cared for by the staff.  She was a special lady who was dearly loved by her family.

Karen is survived by: her sister-in-law, Judith Morris; seven nieces and nephews, nine great-nieces and nephews  and many great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Henry Morris and her sister, Anita Ward.

Graveside service scheduled at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the Eolia Cemetery. Officiating: Rev. Dr. Jeff Moore.
