Katherine Mae Medlock- Hill, 67, of Troy, MO , passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026 at SSM- Hospital Lake St. Louis, MO. She was born on May 3, 1958 in St. Louis, MO to Roscoe and Anna (Skiles) Medlock. She attended the local schools , along with her siblings and graduated from Roosevelt High School in St. Louis, MO. Kathy and Dennis Hill were united in marriage on December 17, 1988 in St. Louis, MO. To this union were born two sons; Steven  and Scott. Kathy was a dispatcher at True Manufacturing for over 18 years. She was an excellent employee and had many friends at work. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

Kathy is survived by her beloved husband, Dennis Hill of Troy, MO., two sons: Steven and Cassie Hill of Rolla, MO and Scott Hill .grandchildren; Scott Hill Jr., Kyle Hill, Austin Hill, great-grandchildren; Laklin Hill and Jackston Hill, her sister; Barbara Rea of Troy, MO and nephew, John Poole of Troy, MO, adopted daughters, Bobbie Worlin and Angie Kinnison of St. Charles, MO and  many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Anna Medlock, and her  siblings; Jim Medlock and Carol Poole, and her brother-in-law, John T. Rea.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 1:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO 63379, 636-528-8244.

Memorial Service – will also be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO 63379. Rev. Sara Andler- Dahlmeiemer to officiate. Memorials- McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory for funeral expenses c/o the funeral home.
