Kevin Moulton, 62, of Troy, MO, passed away on Monday, Oct. 25, 2021.  He was born on Jan. 25, 1959 in Louisiana, MO to Harley Cobin and Betty (Stivers) Moulton. Kevin grew up with his five siblings: Robert, Harley "Mike", Debbie, Linda and Karen.  Kevin was raised on a farm in Annada and graduated from Clopton High School.  Shortly after graduation, the family farm was sold and they moved to Florida Keys.  He worked as a commercial fisherman for many years until moving back to Lincoln County.  Kevin married Jackie Austin on July 23, 2012.  They continued to live in Troy.  He worked for Forrest Keeling Nursery in Elsberry and also worked at the Double Eagle Ranch.  Kevin enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors.  His family was of the utmost importance to him and he cherished each and everyone of them.

Surviving are his devoted wife, Jackie Austin; his daughter, Megan Austin; his four siblings: Robert (Patti) Moulton, Debbie (Donald) Colbert, Linda Olson and Karen Gregory; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Harley Cobin "Mike" Moulton III.
