Larry Krumwiede,78, of Troy, MO, passed away on December 3, 2025 at Mercy Hospital- St. Louis, MO. He was born on May 13, 1947 in Springfield, IL. to Arnold and Jewel (Lynn) Krumwiede. Larry attended the local schools and graduated from Buchanan High School. While he was in high school, he played basketball, and ran track.  Larry met the love of his life, Lil Kolb at Dog n Suds where she was working. He gave her a ride home one night and the rest was history. On June 11, 1966 they were married at Zion UCC in Troy, MO. To this union were born two sons, Jerry and Mike. Larry was the owner of Larry's Auto Body in Troy, since 1976. Larry enjoyed golf, restoring cars and going on cruises. He was a member of Zion UCC Troy, MO. Larry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his children, Jerry Krumwiede of Troy, Mike Krumwiede of Troy, grandchildren, Erica Krumwiede of Troy, Justin (Holly) Krumwiede of Troy, Jordan (Brooke Hendrix) Krumwiede of St. Peters, Mikey ( Mia Silliman) Krumwiede of O'Fallon, Annabelle (Braxton Pitzer) of Bowling Green and Nathan (Molly Norton)  Krumwiede of Bowling Green, great-grandchildren, Jaxen Braungardt, Wyatt Krumwiede and Ella Krumwiede, Charlee, Brielle, Kai, Sunny, Palmer, and many other relatives and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Lil Krumwiede and his parents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO, 63379, 636-528-8244.

Memorial Service - will also be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., at the funeral home in Troy. Rev. John Thrower to officiate.
