Louis "Lou" George Shwedas,72, of Troy, MO, passed away on July 27, 2023 with his loving wife by his side. He was born on April 13, 1951 in Chicago, IL to Alban and Bev (Whitmire) Shwedas. Lou attended the local schools with his sister, Sandal. He and Deborah "Debi" Hubbartt were united in marriage on June 15, 1996 at Cuivre River State Park in Troy, MO. Lou was a car salesman for over 20 years at Phil Beck and Marquitz (now Behlmann) in Troy, MO. He made many friends over they years who would come back to him when they were ready for a new car. Lou and Debi enjoyed going to antique stores and restoring furniture.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Debi Shwedas of Troy, MO, daughter, Tabytha (Chris) Jack of Kincaid, IL, grandchildren ; Christopher (Katie) Jack and their twin boys; Jace and Parker, Austin Jack , his sister; Sandal (Glen) Herbeck of Stauton, IL, nephews; Brian (Jennifer) Herbeck and their children, Sammy and Stevie, Brett (Kelsey Jo) Herbeck and their children, Lucy, Owen, Jase and Jaxson, other relatives and friends.

Lou was preceded in death by his parents.
