Neal R. Mirin, 75, of Troy, Missouri, Passed away peacefully while at rest on Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at Lincoln County Nursing Home and Rehab in Troy. He was born on August 3, 1946 in New York to Naomi Splatter and adopted and raised as an only child by William and Betty (Baldinger) Mirin.

Neal was married to his soulmate, Rose Robinson. Together they enjoyed over 17 years together. The couple were members of the Wentzville Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Neal will be greatly missed and long remembered for his kind heart and good-natured spirit by all those who knew and loved him. Among his many interests and pursuits, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, and ham radio.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Rose Mirin, of Troy; his step-son Clifford Wilson, of Las Vegas, Nevada; his sibling: step-sister Gwendolyn Stark; 6 grand children, and 6 great-grand children. He was preceded in death by a step-brother and by his parents William and Betty Mirin.
