Norma M. Smith, 89, of Troy, MO, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, surrounded by her loving family, as she passed on to heaven.  Norma was born on Sept. 16, 1931 in Herculaneum, MO to Ora and Frances (Jones) Blaw.  She was their only child and so very precious to them.  After high school, she attended business college.  At the age of 22, she married her soulmate, Tom Smith on January 30, 1954 in St. Louis.  They were blessed with two daughters: Sandy and Tracy.  Norma was an example of what a loving wife and mother should be.  She will be greatly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

Surviving are her loving family members: her two daughters: Sandy Baumgartner and Tracy (Tim) Strayhorn; her three adoring grandchildren: Scott Baumgartner, Sarah Strayhorn and fiancé David Daniels, Tyler Strayhorn and Madeline Stewart; other relatives and friends.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and her son-in-law, John Baumgartner.

Visitation and services are private.  Pastor Wes Denham to officiate.
