Patricia "Pat" Stark, 80, of St. Augustine, Florida, formerly of Troy, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.  She was born on April 14, 1943 in Troy to Opal and Dorothy (Leek) Giles.  Pat attended the local schools along with her sister, Marianne.  She graduated from Troy Buchanan High School and shortly after began working in her mother's clothing store, "Bessie Mae Shoppe".  She later became the owner of the shop and enjoyed visiting with her many customers throughout the years.  When she closed the shop, Pat began working at Lincoln County Memorial Hospital in patient  accounts, retiring after many years of dedicated service.  She enjoyed going to Timberlake on the river in Elsberry and had many good times there with family and friends.  Pat was an avid card player and was pretty competitive.

Surviving are her loving family members:  her devoted son, Scott and wife DeAnn Todd of St. Augustine, Florida; her adoring grandchildren:  Danielle, Katie, Monica and Alina; her sister, Marianne Mack; her niece, Kristin and husband Mark Gentry and nephews, Corey Mack and Todd and wife Brenda Mack; other relatives and friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charlie Stark.

A Memorial service scheduled at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, Troy location.  Rev. Dr. Jeff Moore to officiate.

Private inurnment in Troy City Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to donor's choice, c/o the funeral home.
