Melvin Ray Muscott, 83, of Troy, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026. He was born on February 19, 1942 in St. Louis, MO to Melvin and Alta Muscott.  He and Judy were united in marriage on November 16, 1963 in St. Louis, MO. To this union were born two sons; Randy and Michael. Melvin had worked for over 40 years at McDonnell-Douglas and was a dedicated employee. He will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Muscott of Troy, MO, two sons; Randy Muscott of Troy, MO, Michael and wife Eileen Muscott of Troy, MO, grandchildren, Stephanie Muscott, Jacob Muscott, Austin Muscott and Alexis Muscott.

Melvin was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Eddie Muscott.

Visitation to be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO, 63379, 636-528-8244 .
