Reneé Clare Foster, 66, of Troy, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Monday, Memorial Day, May 26, 2025 at her home.  She was born on June 6, 1958 in St. Louis to Robert and Teresa (Kelleher) Schramm.  She grew up in Jennings along with her three siblings: Helen, Rosie and Robert.  At the age of 28, she went on a blind date with her soon-to-be husband, John Foster.  The rest is history, the couple was joined in Holy matrimony on May 31, 1986.  To this union were born two children: John and Katherine.

In 1989, the family moved to Lincoln County to be closer to Renee`'s parents in Winfield.  Taking care of her parents was very important to her.  In her spare time, Renee` enjoyed fishing, camping, and doing crossword puzzles with her family.  She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and grandmother who will be greatly missed and long remembered by all those who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, John Foster of Troy; her children: John Foster of Silex, Katherine Foster and Sharon Whittaker of St. Louis;  three adoring grandchildren: Dominic, Timothy and Everly.  She is further survived by her siblings: Helen (James) Huth, Rosie (David) Garvin, Robert (Donna) Schramm; many other relatives and friends.
