Ricky R. Rahmier, 66, of Moscow Mills, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.  He was born on July 8, 1958 in Troy, MO to George and Marilyn (Pinkley) Rahmier.  Ricky grew up with his two siblings:  Vicky and Danny.  After graduating from Troy Buchanan High School, he was called to serve in the U.S. Marines from 1978 until 1982.

He married his soulmate, Penny Eppard on Sept. 14, 1985 in Troy.  They were blessed with a daughter, Lisa and granddaughter, Lyla who were his pride and joy.  The family continued to live in Moscow Mills.  Ricky worked at Pohlman, Inc. in Chesterfield for over 25 years.  He later went to work for Walmart until his health began to fail.  Ricky appreciated his life with his family and cherished each and everyone of them.  He also enjoyed spending time with his friends, hunting for arrowheads and working on cars.  Ricky was also an avid reader.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  Ricky will be greatly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved him.

Surviving are his loving family members: his wife, Penny Rahmier of over 39 years; his daughter, Lisa Rahmier of St. Joseph; his granddaughter, Lyla  Saving;  his sister, Vicky (Mike) Cody of Macon, and his brother Danny (Kim) Rahmier of Troy He is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents.
