Rita Chapman was an avid reader of mystery and horror, and shared her enthusiasm for the genre with members of her family. As a full time mother, Rita was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind beautiful memories. As her health declined, she was known for her positivity with family and caretakers. Family fully expects her to greet loved ones who preceded her in death with a "Where's everybody at?"
