Shirley Kay Richter,67, of Jackson, MO, passed away on December 2, 2021 at St. Louis University Hospital. She was born on July 8, 1954 in St. Charles, MO to Samuel and Pansy (Boone) Reynolds. Shirley attended the local schools and graduated from Fort Zumwalt High School. She was a kind person who enjoyed working as a private duty caregiver in people's homes.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Amie (Richter) Elsworth of Jackson, MO, two grandchildren, Macy (Richter) and her husband Sean Ertwine, Zain Richter, two great-granchildren, Addalynne Ertwine, Aiden Ertwine and other relatives and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents.
