Virginia R. Hill,58, of Troy, MO, passed away on January 14, 2022 at her home. She was born on April 13, 1963 in Mexico, MO to Delbert Leon and Ruth Virginia (Maddux) Dobbs. Virginia attended the local schools along with her siblings. She graduated from Montgomery County High School. Virginia was blessed with two children: Nicole and Ian. The family lived in Texas,  Oklahoma, Tennessee and Missouri. Virginia was a truck driver and enjoyed traveling all over the United States with the love of her life, Rocky Hill. Some of her hobbies were canning, collecting eagle figurines, rock collecting. The times she enjoyed most of all were time spent with family, especially the grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children; Nicole (Kevin Burkeen) Walding of Troy, Ian (Ashley) of Statesboro, GA, siblings, Darrell (Cheri) Dobbs of St. Peters, MO, Carol Ann Skinner of Idaho, Shelly (Jeremy) Johnson of Washington, grandchildren, Ivy, Alexia, Vincent, Priscilla, Aden and Emaline, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Rocky Hill, Rocky Hill II and siblings, Karen, Larry, Delbert , Della and Sheryl.
