Virginia "Ginny" Taormina-Farley, 75, of Troy, MO, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 at her home.  She was born on Sept. 11, 1946 in St. Louis to Sam and Vivian (Dompke) Taormina.  Ginny grew up with her two older brothers: Rick and Joe.  She married Jim Farley and they enjoyed many years together until his passing in 2013.  Throughout the years, she had worked for Sara Lee and was a hard worker,  always providing well for her family.  According to her loving family, "She was such a giving mother and grandmother."  Ginny adored her special cat who liked to sit on her shoulder.  She cherished and loved each and everyone of her family members and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Surviving are her devoted family members: her children - Jim and wife Rene Dollard of Troy, Fran Bova of Troy; her brothers: Rick and wife JoAnn Taormina of Atlanta, GA, Joe and wife Diane Taormina of Creve Coeur.  She is further survived by her loving grandchildren: Erika, Jess and Chris, Morgan, Nick, Brooke and her two great-granddaughters: Aubrey and Mia; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim Farley and her son-in-law, Kevin Bova.
